Most organisations know they need AI. Very few know where to start, what the regulations require, or how to upskill their teams safely.
ClarisOps is the bridge. We assess your readiness, train your people, and implement AI the right way — for businesses across the UK and India.
Whether you run a Global Capability Centre, lead a growing SME, or are an individual building AI skills — ClarisOps has a route designed for you.
GCCs managing cross-border operations face overlapping AI regulations — UK AI principles, EU AI Act enforcement, India's data governance frameworks. We map your exposure and build compliant AI adoption plans that work across jurisdictions.
You're adopting AI tools — CRMs, automation, analytics — but nobody has checked what you can legally share with those tools, or trained your team to use them without risk. We fix that. From compliance gap report to team training in weeks, not months.
You want to understand and use AI — not just read about it. But every course either talks over your head or sells you generic tools. ClarisOps gives you a structured, interest-based path: AI regulations, prompt engineering for your field, and a clear direction forward.
Every client starts the same way — with a free, honest assessment of where they actually stand with AI. Everything that follows is built on that diagnostic.
You don't have to buy everything. Most clients start free, get a report that surprises them, and engage from there. The journey is designed so that each stage makes the next one more valuable.
The free compliance check creates the gap report. The gap report routes each client to the right service. Each service generates data and results that compound into the next engagement. Clients who start free become retained clients — not because of a sales process, but because the value keeps growing.
A 30-question diagnostic covering five critical domains: AI tool usage, data handling, staff awareness, regulatory exposure, and governance documentation. Takes 8–12 minutes. Gives you a traffic-light score across every area — Red, Amber, or Green — so you know exactly where your organisation stands before spending a penny.
Your compliance check results generate a detailed, company-specific gap report. This is not a generic scorecard — it maps your specific risk areas, identifies which regulatory requirements apply to your organisation, and routes you to the service that addresses your highest-priority gaps first. Every report is different because every organisation is different.
Role-based, personalised learning built on your compliance check results. Not a generic AI tools course — every module is selected based on what your organisation actually needs. Learning paths are built around three areas: AI regulations and legal awareness relevant to your jurisdiction, prompt engineering for your specific job role, and company-specific data governance (what you can and cannot share with AI tools based on what data your organisation handles).
A full operational review of your company's workflows, built in Power BI or Tableau. We go beyond reporting — applying Root Cause Analysis, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and MTTR/MTBF modelling to identify what is going wrong now and what is likely to fail in the next 6–18 months. Your operations director gets a live dashboard and a written briefing in plain language, not a data dump.
A CNN-based image classification system for logistics and retail — trained to flag suspicious returns, identify mismatched items, and reduce returns fraud losses. Built on a validated model with 95%+ accuracy across 23,000+ images.
This service is currently available for discussion with organisations that have an active returns or logistics operation. Contact us to explore fit before it becomes a listed service.
Ongoing advisory and hands-on implementation support. Covers onboarding new employees into your AI governance framework, reviewing and approving new AI systems before deployment, regulatory updates as the UK AI Act and EU AI Act evolve, and monthly operational reviews. Retained clients get a named advisor, not a support ticket queue.
In-person or virtual workshops for teams, leadership groups, and cross-functional cohorts. Structured around your organisation's compliance gaps, your sector's regulatory exposure, and your team's actual job roles. Every workshop is built from your gap report — not from a generic slide deck. CPD-certifiable on request.
For students, career changers, and curious learners who want to enter the AI world but don't know where to start — or who've started and got overwhelmed. ClarisOps breaks it down: what AI regulations mean for you, how to write effective prompts for the work you actually do, and what to explore further based on your interests and goals. No jargon. No prerequisites. Just a clear path forward.
Every module you see is there because your compliance check said it needs to be. Three packs, all personalised to your role, your organisation, and your jurisdiction.
For employees and teams inside organisations adopting AI. Covers what every professional needs to know — regardless of role.
For Global Capability Centres and large organisations operating across UK and India — where regulatory overlap creates real compliance risk.
For students, graduates, and individuals who want to genuinely understand and use AI — not just follow trends. A structured starting point that goes where your interests take you.
No long sales cycles. No vague consultancy proposals. You take the check, you get the report, you decide what to do next.
30 questions, 8–12 minutes. Covers AI usage, data handling, staff awareness, regulations, and governance.
A personalised PDF delivered to your inbox. Scored by domain, traffic-light rated, with your highest-priority gaps clearly identified.
Your report recommends where to start. Upskilling, analytics, workshop, or retainer — based on what you actually need, not what we want to sell you.
Each stage compounds. Clients who start with a workshop often become retainer clients. Every engagement makes the next one more effective.
ClarisOps operates across both markets — with deep understanding of the regulatory landscape in each.
The UK AI governance landscape is principles-based and evolving fast. Organisations need guidance that keeps pace with regulatory development without creating unnecessary compliance overhead.
India's AI and data governance landscape is developing rapidly — with GCCs, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and sector-specific SEBI and RBI guidance all creating overlapping obligations.
Not a theory. Not a pitch deck. A business built from real engineering, real data, and real operational experience.
ClarisOps was founded by Vishnu Vardhan Rao Chinthapatla — a maintenance engineer, logistics operations manager, and AI practitioner based in Preston, UK. The business grew from a direct observation: experienced operators being forced to adopt AI without any practical support, and technical people without enough operational grounding to know which problems were actually worth solving.
Vishnu holds an MSc in Maintenance Engineering from UCLan, a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from LPU India, and is a co-author of a peer-reviewed Industry 4.0 publication in the International Journal of Internet Manufacturing and Services. He deployed a CNN image classification model — trained on 23,000+ images with 95%+ validation accuracy — as a live web application during his EUE internship in 2024.
ClarisOps is not a generic AI consultancy. Every service is grounded in the same discipline that engineering demands: define the problem precisely before proposing a solution.
The compliance check is free, takes 8–12 minutes, and gives you a real picture of where your organisation stands with AI — with no commitment to go further.
We're based in Preston, UK and work with organisations across the United Kingdom and India. All enquiries are responded to within one business day.
